To differentiate from the pack of fighters available at the time, Rareware focused the game on combo hits, where the player would string together several hits to gain combo points and punish the challenger. A valiant attempt at making a fighting game, I enjoyed it for the most part but perhaps didn't have the lasting appeal to keep me playing for long.

As I can convert to spinal in the contrary player but that remain permanent in killer Instinct. (bad spanish translation)
